What data we process

• Data you provide in the quote builder or to the virtual assistant: name, company, email, phone, country, city, project description, indicative budget and timeline, and preferred contact channel.
• Conversations with the virtual assistant (ITAI Assistant).
• Minimal technical data for security and abuse prevention: an encrypted IP address identifier rotated daily (we do not store the IP in clear text).
• If you accept analytics: anonymous usage events (for example, "quote started") without name, email or phone.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare business proposals.
• To follow up on your request through the channel you chose.
• To improve the website, provided you have accepted analytics.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent (quote builder checkbox or explicit authorization in the chat), pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in the security of the service.

AI virtual assistant

ITAI Assistant is an automated system, not a person. To generate answers, the conversation content is sent to an external artificial intelligence provider ([Anthropic, PBC], when the integration is active), which acts as a data processor under its commercial terms. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat (ID documents, bank details, health information, etc.). The assistant only records your contact details if you expressly authorize it.

Providers

We may use hosting and database providers ([Hostinger]), email delivery and, if you accept it, analytics ([Google Analytics]). They only receive the data needed to provide their service. [Confirm the final list and any applicable international transfers.]

Retention

• Requests and leads: while a business relationship exists and, at most, [24 months] from the last contact if no contract is signed.
• Assistant conversations: [180 days].
• Analytics events: [13 months].

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to itainextprintstudio@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access to the internal panel, passwords protected with key-derivation algorithms, logs without sensitive data and usage limits against abuse.
